What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I am passionate about being a healthcare provider because I pride myself on being very attentive to my patients. I want to make sure every patient feels heard and their needs are meet. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? The role of a primary care provider is to be an advocate for each patient's well being, whether it's mental or physical. Bridging the gap between physical and mental health is important to optimize provider patient relation and engagement in care to achieve treatment outcomes. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? In my spare time I like to travel, read books, and spend time with my husband and son. I am also an avid indoor cyclist.
