For Malorie, healthcare is not just a career but a calling. Knowing that she has the ability to effect positive change in the lives of others is very rewarding. She is passionate about making quality healthcare more accessible, convenient and cost-effective. She believes that primary care is the cornerstone of healthcare. She empowers her patients to take charge of their own health by involving them in all decisions and respecting their individual needs, preferences and values. This type of patient-centered care leads to improved individual health outcomes and enhances patient satisfaction. Healthcare should not be “one size fits all”, rather a true partnership between the patient and provider. In her spare time, Malorie can be found practicing and teaching yoga, spending time with family and friends, on an adventure with her dog Elton, or somewhere on a dance floor.
