Florah Omani, NP

Florah likes taking care of patients because it gives her a sense of purpose. She enjoys helping people when they are vulnerable or going through a difficult time. She likes listening to patients, understanding their concerns, and making sure they feel respected and cared for. Knowing that she can make a positive difference in someone’s health and well-being is very rewarding. That is one of the reasons that Florah is interested in being a Nurse Practitioner, because she wants to have an even greater role in caring for and improving the lives of her patients. Florah believes in treating the whole person, not just the medical condition. She wants to understand her patients beyond their diagnosis by considering their physical, emotional, mental, social, and lifestyle needs. She enjoys caring for people, listening to their concerns, and building trust with them. Her goal is to help patients not only manage their illness but also improve their overall quality of life. She believes holistic care allows her to provide more compassionate, individualized, and meaningful care to her patients. In her spare time Florah enjoys travelling and exercise to keep her wellbeing balanced.
