I love meeting patients where they are at and partnering together to help them accomplish their short and long term wellness goals. I strongly believe that an important part of generational wealth is driven by generational health and wellness. I am passionate about increasing access to care and access to wellness for the whole family. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? My role as a primary care physician is to partner with my patients to increase their total wellness. This includes their physical and mental health. If I am unable to help, then I help find someone else that can. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a mother of four, former collegiate soccer player, and wife. I love combining natural remedies and modern medicine to help my family and patients feel better in the short and long-term. I also love hanging out on our little homestead with my chickens, turkeys, and other animals/pets.
