Elisa's journey began with the intention of providing care to the vulnerable and addressing healthcare inequities. This has not changed and is just as pertinent, if not more, today. Her role is to provide well rounded health care. This includes physical and behavioral health. One cannot exist without the other. Elisa is a woman with purpose who has always dedicated her life to her children, family and community, and who has learned to include herself as well. She finds time to dance and to watch sports.
