Ashley was born in a small town in East Tennessee. Her desire to care for others led her to a career in nursing. After graduating from East Tennessee State University in 2009, Ashley practiced hospital and internal medicine at a level one trauma center for 11 years. During the course of that practice, she found a desire to bring more affordable and accessible healthcare to patients which led her to telehealth in 2016. Her goal is to provide a safe and open space to build relationships with patients and provide holistic based care. She is particularly interested in mental health, women’s health and nutritional and lifestyle based treatments for chronic conditions. In her downtime she likes to read a great novel, travel, run and spend time with her husband, son and two dogs.
