Cancelling or Rescheduling

Possible without penalty until 24 hours before your appointment starts.

It’s not uncommon to schedule your appointment only to realize later that a conflict has come up. To improve the healthcare experience for our patients, we’ve made it easy to reschedule or cancel your appointment directly within the app. Just make sure to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment starts to avoid a $50 no-show fee.

How it works

  • Step 1

    Book an appointment with one of our 70+ qualified providers.

  • Step 2

    Download the app on Android or iOS and log in with the email you used to book your appointment. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account.

  • Step 3

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, go to the ‘Appointments’ tab by tapping on the calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar.

  • Step 4

    To cancel your appointment, tap the cancel button. To reschedule (searches for appointment times for the same appointment type and provider), tap the reschedule button. For rescheduling, your original appointment will only be cancelled when the new appointment is booked.

  • Step 5

    Have a delightful (and on time) primary care experience with your Circle Medical provider.

Important note

If you join your appointment more than 10 minutes late, a $50 non-refundable no-show fee will apply. This same fee also applies if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled start time.
